Positive: Ideal location for a work trip with good facilities to base ourselves for the week. Very spacious and warm. Our hosts Linda was amazing as I left behind my purse and she sent it back to the mainland for me! There was plenty of parking outside the house aswell.

Negative: Nothing bad to comment.

Positive: Lots of space, very homely, easy to find what we needed, when I had to call the owner she was very friendly. Easy to get to Lochmaddy for the boat.

Negative: Cold - once we figured out the heaters it warmed up but it took a while. I felt like the house had been empty for a while and needed airing and the beds smelt weird as if they'd been sprayed with febreze; which made me cough all night. We couldn't find a guide book for any check out procedures. When I stripped the beds it looked as though some bits could do with replacing.

Positive: We were in benbecula for work,the location was near our workplace.parking was good,plenty space to relax after work,the owners very obliging letting us stay extra days as ferry was cancelled due to breakdown,we would be happy to stay there again

Positive: I knew the location, having visited the area before. I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the house and by how well appointed it is.

Negative: The upstairs windows need to be replaced, but I am sure that the owner is aware of this. They didn't impact our stay.

Positive: Very nice, clean house. Well equiped, easy to find, very good located for all the trips we wanted to do. Nice helpful owner.

Negative: Though the house was very clean, baking trays and pans were left dirty and we had to scrub them before using.
