Positive: The guesthouse exceeded my expectations. It’s a quiet, clean, and uniquely charming place to stay in Reykjavik. The location is great, just a few steps from supermarket, and also not far from the pick-up bus stop and the downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was very smooth.

Negative: The room is a little bit small, but nothing to claim.

Positive: The room itself was perfect. Had everything we needed and more! Location was great for us and had local shops that were useful! Honestly can’t fault our stay there :) Would 100% stay again if we ever return to Reykjavík. Thank you so much for everything!

Positive: The space was very well designed and clean. I've stayed in shared spaces before, and this was by far one of the best ones I've stayed at. I felt safe and did not once feel scared. It is also about a 15-minute walk to the city center. It is 5min walk from a pick up/drop off point to the airport through the FlyBus. The owner was very kind and hospitable. For the price paid, I highly recommend NN Urban Guesthouse. It wasn't too high and well worth it.

Positive: Cozy apartment, very close to the centre. Our flight was cancelled by Play airlines without any notice and Kristin kindly agreed to let us back in the property after we had checked out which was super helpful as we were very tired to stay at the airport for the whole day to catch another flight.
