Positive: Absolutely awesome host, couldnt have asked for better. Check in time was 3pm however we arrived much earlier, host was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier. he was waiting downstairs for us when we arrived. Beautiful, very well kept, modern apartment, with everything provided even a complementary bottle of fizz and bottled water. Great location in the centre of vic. Couldn't fault anything. Well equipped home away from home.

Negative: Only down side is the amount of stairs, 4th floor with no lift is no fun, my leg muscles were awoken and worked. Also worth noting that the stairs are dated and extremely echoing, you can hear other residents clearly. This is not at all constant but still noisy. Neverless 10/10 I would definitely recommend this apartment and host.

Positive: Cozy apartment with all you need at your hand. Enough resources for every need. Kitchen tools in a very good state. I was traveling with my little daughter and it seems like they previously though in every detail for little children, I found everything I needed for her.

Negative: It is a 4th floor without elevator. I think it would be a great asset for the apartment

Negative: Wasn’t an issue for me at all but if you had a disability the stairs may be an issue.

Positive: Very nice and clean apartment with nice furniture and decoration and kitchen; very friendly and helpful host; the host is easy to reach by WhatsApp; nice balcony overlooking the rooftops of Vic (ideal for breakfast, dessert, coffee etc.); great location just next to Placa Major; free coffee with excellent coffee maker. There was even a laundry and dryer machine in the apartment. This was our best place we stayed at during our trip!

Negative: We had difficulties picking up the keys because we had no phone connection but we finally reach the host and he came within 15-20 minutes. The place does not provide parking but there is free city parking. We had no problem finding a free parking spot. The parking is roughly a 10 minutes walk from the apartment, which was no problem. There are closer parking spots available but I think you have to pay.
