Positive: Check in fast. Check out also fast.The room is clean. But the facility in the room is very poor.

Negative: For your information. During my check in the Hotel the lift is out of order. I inform the hotel reception but they didn't border. They hotel reception Is always not around disspear at the reception. I hope the hotel management should look this matter seriously. Expecially the lift spoile during my check in. They were also a tourist from malaysia and singapore also complain to the staff hotel about The lift. Inside the room there is limited cable channel. The hotel should add more cable satellite Channel in the future.Other wise guest from singapore and malaysia won't stay at this hotel.

Positive: Great location a very short walk from the Tanjung Pinang ferry terminal. The staff were great. The kitchen staff specially made some vegetarian breakfast for us.

Negative: The window in my room opened to the outdoor air conditioning units and the boilers because of which it was quite noisy. We may have just ended up in an unlucky room though.

Negative: The promo price was good. I booked 2 rooms for 3 adults but later my son chose to join me so become 4 person and i was charged xtra 100,000 plus another 100,000 for early chekin @ 12:00pm. Where my stay at fave hotel batam with early checkin with no charges and standard rooms normally accommodate 2 adults with no xtra charges. Fyi I frequent your hotel whenever I travel to tg pinang.
