Positive: The homestay is too good. It has all the facilities including kitchen items. If you want, you can get items and cook. One room has AC. I felt fan was sufficient for the climate there. The stay has a TV with all subscriptions inbuilt with WiFi facilities. Everything is very good there. Good choice for friends or couple or for a group of family.

Negative: The 2Bhk has only a single bathroom. Hence, it took little time to get ready. It is little far from the Dharmasthala bustand. But it's worth staying there. Expected a campfire. But it was restricted there.

Summary: Excellent stay for a group of friends or a family.

Positive: Located at the edge of a verdant farm with lots of trees. Newly built.

Negative: Access to the property is not easy. No mirror in the bathroom. No air-conditioning in the drawing room, only in bedroom. King bed location was at the edge of the room. If the person close to wall has to get out of the bed, then the other person also has to get out. Some thought needed. No coffee or tea in the kitchenette.

Summary: Nice location, scenic views but some improvements can be done.
