Positive: Our room was huge and gorgeous and the beds were super comfortable. I loved how hot the water in the shower gets! We lounged by the pool and enjoyed watching the birds, butterflies and dragonflies.The breakfast was amazing and beautifully presented. We also ate lunch and dinner during our stay. All the food was fresh and delicious, and served on handmade tableware. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us welcome. This place is a real treasure!

Negative: I was not familiar with this area of S.M.de A. We arrived by taxi. It's really not convenient to take a walk anywhere except on the property.

Summary: A serene and beautiful setting with great food and helpful staff.

Positive: Very tranquil surroundings. The pool was refreshing and offered enough length to actually swim laps. The warm water in the grotto was an added bonus. The room was super comfortable with a balcony that overlooked a green field and a diverse forest. The grounds were well maintained and it was easy to walk around. The staff were exceptional. I thought I had lost something and everyone was very helpful and kind. In the end, I had not brought the item with me. Everyone was understanding and great

Positive: Very welcoming owner and staff, incredibly lush and exotic Gardens , cured and elegant restaurant menú for international tastes. Cabin room was colonial styled and well appointed

Negative: Bed Mattress would benefit of a better pillowtop or memory foam upper.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful getaway not too far from town. The peace and tranquility envelop you. The grounds are well kept and the staff were attentive. The pool is filled from thermal spring water and is incredibly relaxing. Food was delicious and enjoyable. All in all we had an incredible stay and will definitely be returning. The owner Juan Carlos even snapped a lovely photo of my wife and I.

Negative: That we had to return to our responsibilities and weren’t able to stay for a full week 😢

Summary: We found our new favorite romantic getaway spot!
