Positive: Very rustic and living in the forest. Accommodation was comfortable, and cleaned when requested. Aircon included which is a must in such a tropical environment. Located handy to Margo and some great beaches 30 minutes away. Room service was a great bonus. We ate in our cottage if too tired to visit the restaurant. Free Wi-Fi and pleasant staff.

Negative: Food was good but over a long stay the choice became a little boring.

Summary: Excellent choice if discovering Goa either as a couple or a family for a short stay.

Positive: The location and the way it’s designed

Negative: Charging 15% for serving food in the room where all over the world room service is free. Even the water that needs to be given daily as part of room is been charged. The bed linens had to be changed again and again because not good laundry. Charging us for 3 days an amount of 32000 and this kind of service very bad!!! The breakfast was good and fresh but the same food everyday. Even the fruits served for breakfast was same

Positive: I really like the serene atmosphere and welcoming community at goa it feels like a perfect blend of tranquility and warmth.

Negative: I didn't like the small room size and its inconvenient location at resort, and I found the restaurant policies to be rather restrictive.

Positive: We stayed in the treehouse, it was clean and comfortable although the bed could be a little bigger. The restaurant had a good menu and was very tasty, Jonny who worked in the restaurant was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Once the sun came down the monkey’s came out to play which was lovely to watch. It overlooks curtioum lake and a church very idyllic. Swimming pool was absolutely lovely too

Negative: There was no hot water and very little water came out of the shower, this needs to be addressed. On checkout they did not accept English debit or credit cards, so make sure you have cash. I made a bank transfer then my bank declined it. I then paid at my next location it turned out I paid twice. Still waiting for a refund… but it’s in process.
