We initially booked for two nights, but the experience was so good that we extended for three more. The lake view is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The price was very reasonable as well. (Our stay was in March 2026.)"

Negative: Since we visited in spring, the area was very quiet and peaceful. There are no supermarkets or restaurants near the property — you’ll need to drive into town for everything — but Sevan town itself is lovely and worth exploring. The only thing I’d mention is the short dirt road leading to the cabin; hopefully it’ll be paved by the next visit! 😊

Positive: The location was absolutely perfect, offering complete privacy thanks to the private property on the shores of Lake Sevan. A peaceful seclusion, it was incredibly convenient. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed: clean bedding, a warm shower, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and a cozy kitchen. A special thanks to the wonderful host, Mamikon, who welcomed us with warmth and care.
