Positive: The owners were super nice and helpful, great communication. The pool area was very nice with the pine trees providing some shade. House was very nice and large in a quite and peaceful area in the countryside.

Negative: Only thing that was missing was Air-conditioning as it was quite hot but we knew beforehand it was not available so it was ok.

Positive: Stella is lovely and has put together a great apartment. The place is large! The balcony is nice and there is a brand new pool that is wonderful. Stella prepared a tray of Greek foods for our arrival, as well as a bottle of wine. You are really staying in a local village on an orchard.

Negative: The beds are really hard. Some foam toppers would make a huge difference. The bathroom is very nicely renovated, but the water pressure in the shower is so so low. There is no TV and no AC (it was hot in August).

Positive: A lovely house and a very warm welcome from the hosts. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late in the evening and were greeted by Stella's parents showing us the house. They prepared a large plate of Greek salad for us, which was very much appreciated after the long journey. This was accompanied by a bottle of white wine from their own winery. Thank you! The house is spacious, nicely furnished and feels like home. We enjoyed the evenings on the large balcony at the front. The location was perfect for us as we didn't want to stay in Heraklion but close enough to the airport and Knossos, which we were visiting the next day. A supermarket is not far away in the village. We only stayed for two nights as we were travelling around Crete, but for us it was a perfect stay and start of our holiday.
