Positive: The location is right to the Mekong river, The sitting area on the second floor can see the river. It is a very comfortable room, clean, and safe. I am not seeing many rooms. full of guests but not busy. Because only a few rooms this is the reason to make the house quiet. I really like it here, Good Breakfast with the terrace and look at the Mekong river view

Positive: I am very rushed and stay only one night at nirasim Villa. The staff very helpful, they can organize the taxi for me to the airport very early, 5:30 AM to the airport prepare flight to Pakse. the location very close to the tourist places. Very short distance to find the food, 10 meters to Mekong river and especially the sunset view point. And the room is not a large space but enough to stay, very clean room and I don't know how the negative review comes. - nothing to complain.

Positive: The property is located with a view of the Mekong River from the balcony and a short walk away from the night market and Mount Phousi. The owner picked me up from the airport for 150,000 kip, which was great because the airport was virtually deserted at night. The breakfast was good: eggs with toast. They had a hot and cold water cooler, so you had access to clean drinking water at all times. My room was nice, even if a bit small, and the ac blew cold air. WiFi was strong and reliable.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Amazingly friendly and welcoming staff. Helped us arrange a moped for the day too. Breakfast was simple but very pleasant and location ideal.

Negative: Only drawback was how rock solid the mattress was.
