Positive: Our stay at Nikkon Luxury Living was absolutely perfect! From the very beginning, Nico – the owner – gave us the warmest welcome with a smile and a refreshing welcome drink. He explained everything clearly and was available for us 24/7 throughout our stay. His kindness and attention made us feel truly cared for. The location is unbeatable – just 10 meters from the beach. The accommodation is modern, clean, and fully equipped. Our children especially loved the playground and the latest PlayStation in the room! There’s also a BBQ area, perfect for relaxed family evenings. We had a fantastic time and felt completely at home. Thank you, Nico, for your outstanding hospitality. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly escape!

Positive: Great spot by the water, a brand new villa with 4 bedrooms with each bedroom having a bathroom. Lovely lights in the night in the garden. The style of the villa is gorgeous

Negative: While the place is well built, good to know that it is in a remote area, with no many beaches or villages around. The access to the villa is also difficult, with a very rough road, hard if your car is not a 4WD. The beach in front of the villa is with stones and not good for a swim. While the villa is very well built, for the amount of money, it is not good value, as the service is very basic, lacking what other villas are offering in this price range in Crete.
