Negative: The hotel was very nice with great potential. The room was very good. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was very inconsistent. Some days the room was cleaned well, others poorly. We had to wash glasses and cups ourselves. Breakfast was good, but the staff forgot to bring us what we ordered. The staff were very nice, but perhaps overworked. It would be better if at least tea and juices were available for self-service. The beach club was nice, but the reservation and waiting policy was pointless – many beds were empty; the back rows should have been available to guests without reservations. When assigning a bed, one witnessed rocket science calculations. It was too quiet in the evenings. A cinema on the beach or pool might be a good idea. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but the service level fell well short of five stars. I was satisfied with my stay, but I probably wouldn't recommend it to friends. Massive all-inclusive resorts are often better. When checking out before 8 a.m., we forgot that breakfast doesn't start until 8 a.m. I asked if we could get something to go, but it wasn't possible. We had to order a box the day before, which I understand. However, in a hotel with a high level of service, I imagine the front desk person would have gone to the kitchen to bring us at least a banana and a croissant.

Positive: Perfect place to have well spent time with friends! The resort was of a good size and we got to use many of the facilities, especially the pool was very clean! The staff and service, all at the highest level!

Negative: Hotel guest cannot have access to the main pool which is reserved for outside client…unless you pay an extra 200 Euros… It makes no sense to book this Hotel for the pool shown on their website as it is an open pool to any client…but with an extra fee of 200 Euros.
