Summary: The staff are always very good we always stay Nightelier Carrum Downs at least once a month. The rooms are always in excellent condition we never have an issue. This time the only issue we had was the Bed was very uncomfortable other than that it was all good.

Summary: We had to make changes to our plans at short notice meaning extending our stay unexpectedly. The staff were excellent accommodating the change so that we could keep our existing room etc with minimal disruption. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout.
