Positive: The room was really spacious (2 parents, 1 child) and modern. Everything felt new, and some stuff (like the sliding balcony doors) were of great quality. The beds were a bit harder than we'd like, but maybe that's down to personal preference. The location was very close to the beach, so we didn't need to take the car for that (300m walk). There was a nicely trimmed garden outside with a table and a few chairs under an awning which looked nice but didn't get a chance to enjoy because of the heat outside. We also enjoyed a night out - there are some restaurants and places for a drink on a walk parallel to the beach which were quite nice.

Negative: Stuff that don't really have much to do with the property itself. The beach was OK (a bit crowded) but the waters were pretty filthy. Also mixed up my bookings (thought I booked for 2 nights but it was only for 2 days - ie just 1 night) thanks to booking.com's confusing UI.

Positive: One of the best accomodations I have been in Greece. It can keep up with luxury suites in west Europe as well. From 29.10. to 07.11. I had beautiful weather with temperatures 25-26 Celsius (one day 23 degrees and few showers).

Negative: The bed could be a little bit softer, but other people may like it...
