Positive: there were flies all over our room from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! we could not enjoy ourselves because of this! Super disappointing, because we are used to staying at very nice places and have no problem with paying $900 a night if the facility lines up with pricing, in this case it did not! I understand that it is directly on the water, but we have stayed at Ventana Inn, which is by the ocean and other nice locations and there have never been a fly problem as a matter of fact it was at dinner also at Nick Cove, so we could not enjoy our dinner or breakfast in the room the next morning, super disappointing

Positive: The Flying Fisherman cottage is large and well decorated. Loved the vibe! And the water view was excellent.

Negative: Breakfast consisted of coffee and one small croissant and muffin per person with only one fruit bowl to share. For the price, the breakfast should be more substantial.

Summary: Romantic stay at Tomales Bay with delicious dinners.
