Summary: 5-star getaway with beautiful walking trails, a great restaurant, sauna, fire places, right by the water, and friendly staff. The room was great. Will definitely keep coming to this place!

Summary: The Lodge at Marconi is in a scenic location with many outdoor activities close by. The lodge itself seems like it used to be an upscale place, but it is dated and rundown. The bathroom was dated, the furniture scuffed and marked, and the bead throw faded and pulled. The carpet was in a bad state. I paid $700 for a night and it was no better than an Embassy Suites or any other basic commuters hotel. The premises are lovely, but it could be so much better. The restaurant on site - Mable's were terrible. We ate breakfast there and I can't believe they actually served the food that we received. My husband's potatoes were burned black, completely black and they served it to us. We were the only people at breakfast and the service was slow, no espresso coffee options and my French toast were raw in the center and burned on the outside. Unfortunately not even close to worth $700/night.

Summary: Staff was friendly and accommodating to our group. The weather didn’t turn out as nice as we’d hoped but the lodge provided a cozy spot for our group to gather.

Summary: Needs a hot tub or something! Has one sauna and it was constantly in use. Beautiful and clean, but overpriced for lacking amenities. Needs pastries or something in the am. Restaurant was very good!
