Three bedroom two bath home nicely updated on a sandy tree lined street that's just a three minute walk to the private beach just across A1A. Heated salt water pool with pool floats and a removable child/pet fence. There is a wonderful enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The backyard features a large fenced in green space perfect for your dog. Lovely outdoor seating area with fire pit and tiki torches. Garage with SUP's, surf boards, bikes, beach cart, and beach towels. First floor has travertine tiled floors throughout. The master bedroom, which is on the first floor, has a king sized bed and a flat screen T.V.. Also on the first floor is the large first guest room which has a twin over full bunk with a single trundle bed plus there is a queen bed. The first floor also has a nicely updated bathroom with a travertine tiled shower. Upstairs has the second guest room with a single over full bunk with single trundle. The second floor bathroom features the same beautiful travertine tiles, a stand alone shower and a separate bathtub. Two living areas, one with a queen sofa bed that has an upgraded mattress and a large flat screen T.V.. There is bamboo plank flooring throughout the second floor. Also upstairs, is the dining area which easily seats eight. Light and bright kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a nice sized island with stools completes the second floor. Outside is a large second floor deck, adjacent to the kitchen, dining, and large open concept living areas, with a grill, which overlooks the pool.
The Summerplace neighborhood has a private dog friendly beach that is only a three minute walk away. This area is home to many nature trails including the famous 'Old Florida Trail'. In addition to the private beach, there is also a public beach with a lifeguard, restrooms, and showers just a couple of blocks away. The public beach also has a great authentic Italian Pizzeria and a sandwich shop. A couple of blocks away and next door to the public beach (Wabasso Beach) is the Disney Beach Resort which has two nice restaurants that are open to the public. The beaches are some of the largest sea turtle nesting sites in Florida. A few miles away is the charming yet upscale town of Vero Beach with great shopping, museums, restaurants, ice cream shops, farmers market, and much more. There is also the wonderful McKee Botanical Garden nearby, The Pelican Island Preserve, Sebastian Inlet State Park, The Environmental Education Center, which offers kayaking tours on the Indian River (around the corner from the house), and miles of uncrowded beaches.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The setting of the home is a tropical jungle paradise. Fully stocked with everything we needed and more than we expected. Bikes, kayaks, beach stuff, smore supplies, pool floats galore, carts, and more. The home is well taken care of. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Summary: Great spot for my 40th! We were able to make it for sunrise everyday. We collected lots of cool shells from the beach and enjoyed many beach walks. The pool was fantastic! Plenty of room in the house for everyone, including family that stopped by for a much needed visit. We had a couple of hiccups but Kelly was extremely fast at responding and fixing the issues. Great place

Summary: We visited for my wife’s 60th birthday with family and friends . The pool was great and access to the beach was a very short walk. The beach was completely amazing and beautiful. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. All questions were answered promptly. We loved the amenities and the host provided everything that guests could ask for. The pool was well maintained and was very enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you so much for having us!

Summary: I've stayed at many VRBO's over the last 20 years, and this is the most well-stocked house I've ever stayed at. It's like visiting your cousin at the beach who has All The Stuff -- kayaks, paddleboards, wetsuits, beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen spices, sofa blankets, board games, bikes, sunscreen, pool noodles and floats, etc. It's all there. Makes life so much more comfortable to visit the beach. You can tell the owners love the beach and treat guests like their own family.The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes, and the beach was almost empty during our Spring Break. I felt totally comfortable sending my teens back to the house alone from the beach (wouldn't recommend for anyone under 12 or so though, since there is a slightly busy road to cross). Incredibly private beach with beautiful soft sand and clear water. Paradise on earth. We also enjoyed Vero Bowl for bowling, and the roller skating rink in Vero, and the ice cream shop downtown.Lovely house in a lovely area, super safe with nice homes and lots of mature greenery for privacy and beauty. And the beach is paradise. Couldn't ask for more!
