Summary: We were thrilled to find a property in such a small town. The property was clean, but not in the condition we expected based on the pictures. The yard was overgrown, the railing up to the porch was loose and very wobbly, which was a concern for a family member who had a cane. There was debris on the porch and the area was not clean. The third bedroom was more of a storage room with boards and the mattress on the bed was smaller than the frame. It looked like maybe they were getting ready to put in a new bed. The kitchen faucet sprayer was taped together and the back door was very difficult to open and close. If you are planning to stay, there is no Wi-Fi or cable. That was mentioned in the listing, I had just overlooked it. The owner was prompt in his responses and did accommodate our request for early arrival. On a positive note, we really enjoyed looking at all the hunting photos!
