This 1,700-sf nice, comfortable finished walkout basement in a 6000-sf home, with 2 large bedrooms, separate full baths and private entry door (with keyed lock), can sleep 4. Has its own kitchen, sinks, dishwasher, refrigerator, and laundry room (washer and dryer), living room, and a flat TV. Enough for a family of 4 on vacation. THIS IS A BASEMENT, BUT ALWAYS COOL IN THE SUMMER AND WARM IN THE WINTER.
Guests can access to everything provided for their daily needs, including linen, shampoo... (storage for furnace, water heater, and room for water are off limits to guests.)
We live upstairs, therefore, we can help guests with anything they need.
Erie is a small town under development. Only half an hour to downtown Denver; minutes to neighboring cities such as Northglenn, Broomfield, Thornton, Lakewood, and Boulder, just to name a few. And, you do not need to spend many hundreds, and even thousands of dollars per night renting Boulder to attend events.
There is public transit transportation (RTD) to Boulder.
Parking is free on either side of the street, wherever available.
There are lots of shopping centers (Safeway, KingSoopers, Costco, Walmart...), restaurants (Chick fil a, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds'...), health care centers, within the radius of 5 miles.
Pets and Smoking are absolutely prohibited on the premise. No shoes inside the house.

Summary: Location of this property is very convenient to access Flatirons, Denver or Red Rocks park. Plenty of room to spread out. Neighborhood is quiet.

Summary: Was in town for a short work trip, the property worked nicely for us. Had a nice backyard with was a plus. The neighborhood was very nice and the basement where we stayed was very nice and clean. Thanks for making it available!

Summary: This was a pleasant stay in a nice apartment style accommodation. The area is comfortable and very safe feeling. The unit itself was clean and sparse and we loved that. For our use, there was nothing we needed that we didn't have; however, we did little cooking. It was a perfect setting for mature college friends who spent a lot of time exploring and not much time hanging out in the apartment. Overall, this was a winner for us. We'd love to come back. One negative was that the electrical outlets in both bathrooms did not work. We didn't seem to have a reliable way to contact the landlords expeditiously, but that was an inconvenience, not a deal breaker.

Summary: My family of four stayed at this property in July 2024. It was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Check-in and out was easy. Communication with the host was prompt. I highly recommend this property for families.

Summary: We recently stayed here for a weekend girl’s getaway! The home is lovely and in a very safe feeling neighborhood. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Communication with the owner was easy. We did want to mention that since this is a basement apartment, you can hear foot traffic and the occasional conversation from upstairs. But we never heard anything during normal sleep times 9Pm-9am. We weren’t bothered by it at all… but wanted to mention it for others. We also had a couple of minor issues with cleanliness. Both bathrooms had soap and hair on the soap dish tray. The master bath mirror looked like it had been sprayed down but then not wiped. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves. And the microwave had some food on the inside. These were not a huge deal, as we just wiped them clean and went about our day. The rest of the apartment was very clean! Including the beds! Which is what really matters to me! Overall, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay, finding the amenities perfect for our needs. If I were to ever stay in the area, it would love to stay here again.

Summary: Stayed in this apartment over the weekend with a friend of mine. It was plenty spacious for the two of us. I came directly from a week in Glacier National Park so I appreciated the host stocking the laundry room so I could do a load of laundry. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful area. We spent most of our time in Boulder which was very close by but this apartment was much more affordable than the options we had in Boulder. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.
