Summary: We were impressed with the prompt, friendly and very helpful communication from Loga, and were delighted when they offered to bring the keys to us at the station, saving us a bus journey. Everything went very smoothly. Lots of useful information about the area was provided to us. We loved the apartment! It is extremely comfortable, quiet, nicely decorated and extremely well-equipped. As friends on holiday together it suited us perfectly, with a bedroom and bathroom each. Cooking in the kitchen was a pleasure, we used the ski room downstairs and the local supermarket less than 5 minutes away on foot.

Alles vorhanden für den Haushalt Schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet, sauber!

Summary: Unser Aufenthalt wurde durch starken Baulärm in einer Wohnung in der gleichen Liegenschaft beeinträchtigt. LOGA, Frau Giovanoli hat unsere Beschwerde von Anfang an ernst genommen und uns Alternativen angeboten. Nach vier Tagen konnten wir in eine andere Wohnung ziehen. Für dieses unkomplizierte Entgegenkommen sind wir sehr dankbar. Wäre der Baulärm nicht gewesen, hätten wir uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden und die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse optimal. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Volg und zu den Wanderwegen haben wir sehr geschätzt.
