Positive: It was clean and equipped with nice touches in the kitchen and bathroom.
Negative: There was a steep climb up flights of steps to the rooftop which is where the unit is located. It didn’t feel the safest and appeared to be installed by a do-it-yourself(er). However, the unit was nice, just very small. We could hear a woman in the unit below us. It served our needs since we didn’t spend much time there. The unit lost power and knocked the internet and TV out. I reached out to the owner. Then by 9:00 pm, the smoke alarms in the unit began to sound, which was alarming. Keep in mind, this house has other units, so we had no idea where a potential fire could be. We got dressed, and went outside. I again reached out to the owner and she apologized with no explanation. So when we finally got settled down for the night, we were awakened by 8:00 am, Sunday morning, to a group of men working outside on the home. Loud talking, loud banging. The owner sent a message after the fact that workers would be there and that I’d have to let her know when we were leaving so that they could unblock the driveway. This was beyond frustrating at this point. We got packed up and left as soon as we could.

Positive: the loft was a very pleasant surprise, seeing as there was heavy construction going on across the street, it was clean and very comfortable. We were so happy and when I fot in the shower I was even more impressed.
Negative: the air conditioner was a bit noisy but not really bad.

Positive: The apartment is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from the main street with a park, theaters, and restaurants. The apartment is very stylish, with attention to every detail, including individual sets of toothbrushes and toothpaste—I've never seen anything like it!—a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable mattress, exceptional cleanliness, and quick communication with the owner if needed. One thing to note: access to the third-floor apartment is via a sturdy, but external, wooden staircase.
