Summary: Overall it's very good. But it could have breakfast included, it would be much better, and there could also be things in the minibar for us to buy.

Summary: Second time we have stayed here. Room was smaller than the one we had booked a year earlier for about the same price so not sure why, also ac fan was noisy on start up, and there was a strange red stain in the tiles in washroom but it wasn’t a surface stain. It was just an OK stay, everything else was very clean. Would be nice if they offered room service with the restaurant on site. Instead you order for pickup then awkwardly walk through the restaurant to pick it up.

Summary: Nice hotel, good value. I’d just say that it’s the small things that are missing. USB plugs, plugs by the bed. Didn’t really like the shampoos and stuff. Minor.

Summary: The staff member that checked us in went out of her way to help us. We arrived and I realized there is no heat. I have bad arthritis and with all the rain we were have I was in a lot of pain. She brought us up a space heater. For me I couldn’t get warm. She then put us in a room with a fireplace. Couldn’t thank her enough. We had difficulty signing into internet she came up and signed us in our devices. The building was beautiful and we wish we could have explored more but with rain rain and more rain. This was a birthday trip for my husband who turned 70. He loved it. If we ever get back that way again we would definitely stay there.
