Summary: The room was clean, jacuzzi was clean. The fan was broken in the bathroom and the one lock on the door was broken. A small light above the sink would have been nice but not earth shattering. The hotel and restaurant staff were accommodating, awesome, and courteous. Unfortunately the salon/spa staff were no help and rude. They couldn’t even be bothered to come to the door to talk which was frustrating because I had forgotten my hair products and wanted to buy some and I understand being fully booked it was the weekend but not even bothering to come to the door while standing at their desk drinking their coffee staring at me was rude. I would stay again but I wouldn’t bother even trying to book with the spa.

Summary: The hotel is so welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. We love staying at the Stone Mill Inn. Great location for restaurants and shopping and perfect location to get to Niagra Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake without staying in those busy areas.
