Summary: The room was not properly cleaned. There was a dog toy under the bed, hair throughout the room, and stains on the bedsheets. Due to a very late arrival, this was only noticed the following morning.

Summary: Staff phenomenal and bent over backwards to explain the air conditioning system as it’s like none other in the world and I’ve been to almost 100 countries. GET A FAN from staff and you will enjoy the room temperature. The hotel is outside of town but a quick walk there. Unfortunately there was a heat wave the end of June with 35*c temperatures and it was tough. The Wild West Restaurant nearby was great, don’t look at the reviews that are old they made an incredible comeback.

Summary: I stayed in Trento for one night and decided to go for the junior suite with a mountain view. The suite has a clean, modern design and the view was wonderful. My only reservation about NH Trento is that it is a bit of a walk from the city center - about 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is superb, but if the focus of your stay is wandering the town center, you may find the hotel location a bit inconvenient.
