Summary: The reception staff were pleasant and very friendly. The room was perfect, clean, and comfortable – a 4-star experience, including the bed. The amenities were perfect. I highly recommend the restaurant and the incredible buffet. I've rarely seen such a generous, plentiful, and excellent selection. Be careful, though, as it's easy to overindulge! As for the breakfast buffet, oh my goodness, it was perfect. The only slight drawback was that the scrambled eggs could have been a little creamy. The restaurant staff were top-notch and classy, and very pleasant to deal with. The check-in staff were also friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Everything was fine. The room was a bit worn out. The caulking around the bathtub had mold and mildew which is not acceptable considering how easy it is to remove.
