Positive: I like the location is perfect, the food and drinks are excellent. I enjoyed swimming on heated pool with creater view. Even the rooms' location and services are fantastic. They have excellent customer care service and staff, which made us feel very comfortable on our stay.

Positive: Stunning location, beautiful hotel design and amazing food. The team did everything to make our stay as good as possible

Negative: At the time of making the booking we were not made aware of the fees associated with entering the park. This was an additional £750 on top of the hotel cost, upon arrival on the gate which was quite a shock.
