Summary: Rating is not comparable to what you see at the hotel. Service is very slow and staff are not friendly; except the lady at the restaurant where we ate breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel.

Summary: It was wonderful and everyone was nice but after I specifically requested a room close to elevator’s entrance and exit because of my disability, they gave me the farthest room from elevator as I struggled going and coming to my room. Also, they charged me P500 for “EARLY CHECK IN “! Ridiculous
