Positive: The staff was very polite and hospitable. They provided a welcome drink and dessert upon our arrival and were kind enough to bring our food / breakfast at our room. The property was very clean and well maintained. You can chill out by the pool in the evening while viewing the sunset. They also provide two wheelers if you wish to travel in Nusa Penida and have more than ample parking space. A perfect place right in the middle of the island with good connectivity to all major spots.

Negative: There are a lot of geckos in Nusa Penida which can shout and create a bit of nuisance. But otherwise they are completely harmless. No complaints to the hotel though!

Positive: We’ve never experienced such a good guest service! They brang us fresh juice or fruits everyday and on my birthday they and my boyfriend organised so many awesome surprises for me. The best hotel we’ve ever been to, thank you so much!

Positive: The staffs are nice and helpful and the food in their restaurant is good.

Negative: There was a lot of geckos inside our room! And one of them fell off on our bed from the roof which was really scary for me! So keep this in mind if you are also afraid of being with them in a room. The staffs were helpful about this and they even changed our room to another room which we didn’t see any gecko in the new one. The one which had a lot of geckos is the last room!

Positive: Bungalow was super clean! Bed and pillows comfy! Patio was nice! Pool was EXCELLENT!! The restaurant food was delicious!! The staff here goes above and beyond!!!! Friendly, welcoming and ready to help with anything!!

Negative: It was a little far away for most of the things we wanted to do. The wooden chairs in the restaurant could use some cushions 😃
