Summary: The hotel is in a beautiful setting. On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms. The works took place from 8am onwards, it didn't effect us. Its great to see the money being invested. Our upgraded room was beautiful with a wonderful sea view. The food in the restaurants was of a very high standard, the same for the breakfast. All the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, the staff on reception, restaurant (evening and breakfast), tthe pool staff, the bar, the cleaners, even the workmen onsite. Very polite and can't do enough for you. Highly recommend, we will definitely be going back in the future. Large list of available day trips and things to do, away from the hotel and plenty to do at the hotel, water sports etc, highly recommend the spa, we had a massage which was amazing. Large list of treatments, all very reasonably priced. Thank you to everyone at the hotel that made our honeymoon & holiday so special.

Summary: Most beautiful beaches and sunrise The hotel is like a elegant garden The staff is really nice and friendly The atmosphere is quite and you can hear the gorgeous sound of the bird You can see many lovely animals like monkeys lizard many kinds of bird and squirrels Standing on the balcony viewing the peaceful sea you know that life can really be a long adventure

Summary: Beautiful location and lots of nature in and around the resort. My only real complaint is that the food was disappointing.

Summary: The room was not ready when we arrived at hotel, towels were not allocated in the room, room service took a long time every time.

Summary: Is a bit run down for the garden villa. Not suitable for elderly as buggy service drop off point is lobby, whereby restaurant is at lower floor and do not have lift service. Chinese restaurant service is not so good and it took an hour waiting time to serve food. Food choices limited for dinner and some are buffet which is not suitable for elderly and young kids.

Summary: I really liked the surrounding nature of the resort. Staffs were friendly as well. However, room (especially bathroom) and some of the resort facilities were outdated and unclean. Bathroom needs refurbishment work and overall cleanness needs to be improved.

Summary: It was perfect resort during holiday!!! Great service, beautiful scenery, good food, clean and neat room. So much fun! I just worried that some people said room was pretty old, but i don't think so. might be renovated? clean definitely. Highly recommend this resort for relax in nature. Pretty far from the city center but they have shuttle service and we used it twice. :)
