Positive: Cosy, smartly designed, nice interiors, nice pool(s), good breakfast, excellent and helpful staff. A really nice place in Yogya!

Negative: Some construction/renovation from 8am-4pm. It's managed well, and temporary, but disturbing nevertheless. Perfect score otherwise.

Positive: The aesthetics of the place, it’s just stunning! We loved its design, the pool and the green that surrounds the whole place. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, very welcoming. They gave us recommendations for warungs around the accommodation and even packed us take-away breakfast when we had to check in early. Breakfast was very good, especially the freshly made pancakes! The accomodation is well located, a couple of minutes away from one of the best bars and restaurants in the city, but also very peaceful. A place to fully come to rest.

Negative: There was a stingy smell in the bathroom, probably from the drain. We forgot to mention it to the staff. The place is very close to the mosque, we were woken up every night at 04:30 (however, they did inform us about this beforehand and there’s not much that they can do about it). Also, they are renovating the place, everyday from 08:00 the start working on it. They also had informed us about this. Just a small tip: an extra trash bin in the bedroom would make it more comfortable, there was just one in the bathroom.

Negative: If i have to say one slightly negative thing, the bed was a little bit hard but it depends on your preference

Positive: The accomodation was so good. The place was so nice and beautiful. The furniture was really pretty and the pool was really nice. The staff was so nice. They even made us a really nice breakfast to go, when we went to see the temples. You can get free water and everything is really clean. Thank you so much for everything! We will really recommend this place to other travellers.

Positive: We stayed at Nextdoor Rooms both at the beginning and the end of our Indonesia trip. We immediately felt at home. It's a nice looking compound with a calm, relaxed atmosphere at a good location. A few of the good points: there was always someone who spoke English at the reception, the shower has good water pressure and the breakfast is excellent. There are severel places to sit cosely and two fairly large swimming pools. If you want traditional food (or need a supermarket), go right when you get back on the main street. If you want more tourist friendly or Western food, go left.
