In the splendid setting of Porto Pollo, overlooking the beautiful Piazzetta del Borgo, we rent a new, spacious three-room apartment with separate entrance, newly renovated and tastefully furnished.
The exposure of the apartment on each side, the numerous views with a view, and the large French windows make this property very bright and cool even during the hottest hours of the day.
The apartment on the first floor is composed of: independent access terrace, entrance, large living room with open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower, large terrace.
The living area consists of a large living room with double sofa bed, TV cabinet, dining table and kitchen with all comforts, which leads to the beautiful covered terrace overlooking the central square of the village.
The terrace with a large loggia equipped with barbeque, rocking, wooden table and chairs makes this outdoor space enjoyable at any time of the day, for simple moments of relaxation or convivial lunches and dinners.
The first double bedroom is very large and consists of a double bed with storage, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe with 6 doors, a large dresser coffered.
The second bedroom, also double, furnished with wardrobe with sliding doors, and two twin beds, and can be used to accommodate both 2 children / friends and a couple.
The large and spacious bathroom is equipped with bathroom and shower.
The apartment is furnished by young owners, with details designed to make this home comfortable and familiar even for long periods of stay.

Summary: Me and my husband had a great time in Manuella´s apartment and could totally relax. The apartment is very clean and in a quiet environment. Importantly, it is close to many beautiful beaches and other nice places. Next to the apartment is also a supermarket where you can find everything you need. We spent a wonderful time in the apartment and it was absolutely great to have the opportunity to have breakfast on the balcony every morning. Manuella is a great host and very supportive. I can absolutely recommend Manuella and her apartment.

Summary: We stayed here in October and the weather wasn‘t good. Therefore it was really great that this apartment is quite spacious (also with two bedrooms). When sun came out we could enjoy it on the great balcony. Its position is the best. Gianni, the housekeeper, (he speaks Italian only but thanks mobile and google translation no problem) helps at any time if needed. We would recommend this apartment.

Summary: We now joined this flat the second time (first stay was some years before) and we specially like the large balcony with the nice view very much. It's not far to walk to one of the several beaches, or to the italian restaurant. We can recommend the apartment again and would like to com back again :-) A.C.

Summary: We always stay in the area of porto pollo; either isola dei gabbiani or around il borgo. Manuela’s appartment forms part of “il borgo”, a nice condo a few minutes walk from the beach with two sleeping rooms and one living room with a further bed sofa. It overlooks the “piazza centrale” and due to its location in the first floor, you always enjoy a fresh blow of wind. We encountered the appartment nicely refurbished, very clean and were also happy to encounter a bath room incl. laundry machine. Would we go back? If you love the beaches around porto pollo or if you are a passionate wind- or kite surfer - it is a must go back:) and manuela is a great host!

Summary: We had a wonderful time in this very nice appartment. Thanks to Manuela and Gianni for being so kind and helpful with all our requests!!! The accomodation is perfect for a relaxing holiday, there is lots of space - especially the spaceous livingroom was very comfortable. We had a great time sitting on the big roof terrace, with enough shade throughout the whole day. Much better than expected were the matresses of the beds, not as well worn as in most other appartments we have been! Thanks again for a wonderful time! Best Regards Andreas & family
