Positive: Great accommodation with everything you need in order to have an amazing vacation! It is a residential location, with parking places at the ground floor and an elevator inside the building for easy access. It has a nice garden with trees that offer shade during the day and the swimming pool is great! The apartment has everything you need to prepare a decent meal and Nick is very helpful if there is an issue. Overall, I warmly recommend this property due to its features: a calm and quiet community, close to Venus Beach, Lidl supermarket and bus 615 towards Coral Bay.

Positive: Good location. Safe, gated community. Great view from the apartment. Nice large balcony, just sit there and enjoy the sea and pool views. Apartment is clean. Apartment has everything you need for comfortable stay. Comfortable, large bed. Nice and beautiful pool area outside. Lidl is 700m away, about 8 minutes walk. Also, bus station for the nr 615 bus to the city centre or Coral Bay is in front of Lidl. Sea is 850m away, about 12 minutes walk. Nearest beach is 1km away, about 14 minutes walk. Owner Nick is very friendly and helpful.

Positive: Regina Gardens is a beautiful place. Nick is a nice and helpful host. He and his wife Regina take care of their guests! The apartment was clean and comfortable, fully equipped - there was even an electric sheet in the bedroom, which saved us on cold February nights. We had a lovely view from the terrace. Thank you and we recommend this place!

Positive: My impression of Cyprus has completely changed. I never expected that the apartment would have bed linens like in a 5-star hotel. And it was so clean, too. Now I realize there’s no point in overpaying for a hotel just for breakfast, especially when the coffee here was even better than at the hotel. The grounds are also gated, with beautiful pools and lots of trees. I walked around, taking in the scent of cypress trees near the pool. I’m glad they didn’t skimp on space for a green courtyard when they built it 20 years ago. It’s perfect for families with kids here. There’s a great community inside this complex—Brits, Ukrainians, Russians, Norwegians, and French people. Looks like I’ll be switching to apartment stays like this for family vacations. A special thanks to the host, who lives here as well and is always available to help and provide guidance on any question. Nick, thank you for such a warm welcome.

Positive: There's anything I may complain! The location has a wonderful view of the sea. The host is enjoyable and helpful! The pool you have it in the yard is clean (my children swam only once, because it was cold)! If you want something to buy, you may go to the Lidl. To the beach, you go for about 500 m!
