Positive: An incredible apartment, located in a calm residential neighbourhood with a shopping mall just around the corner and the most beautiful beaches in Paphos within a few minutes’ walk (by the way, beaches in the western side are much nicer and cleaner than those in the eastern side of the town). The place is newly renovated with high quality materials and electronic devices (cooker, oven, microwave, even a dishwasher, which was a big plus). Very spacious, bright, and clean; everything is thought of and provided (there were even beach towels, a shopping cart, coffee and tea, washing detergent, etc.). The building itself may not be brand new, but it is well kept, and you feel safe. Can’t speak highly enough of the host: she was extremely responsive, incredibly thoughtful, and ready to help and make me feel welcome. I was allowed an earlier check-in, and after the check-out, since I had a late evening flight, she stored my luggage over the day, took me to the old town, picked me up from there and took me to the bus station.

Negative: I cannot fault the property at all.

Positive: It is a nice apartment however not the new one (but that doesn't matter). I would say it was rather very clean if not one (but for me critical) thing that I'm explaining in "Not Like" field. Really wonderful and direct contact with owners which are so very nice and helpful. Also there were some totally unexpected welcome gifts in the apartment: fruits, wine, beers etc. We don't drink but it was nice anyway. Close to the beach and Paphos monuments / archeological sites. Comfortable bed, cozy pool next to the building.

Negative: We selected this apartment because of high rates here and disregarded small amount of opinions on which this rate was based, which might have been a mistake unfortunately. It actually is one thing only (but critical thus): the apartment (and likely the whole building) is colonized by Supella longipalpa cockroaches. During the day they reside in dark and hidden spots in the kitchen, behind the furniture and equipment. But during the night they spread through the whole apartment, rooms (using air conditioners holes) and bathroom. It was really a lot of them, it was not like only one for two were spotted. It is an issue obviously known for owners since there were cockroaches excrement's in kitchen's cabinets and repellent sprays in the apartment (the smell of it is noticeable in various kitchen cabinets). I know that it is perceived as common there but honestly I visited many countries in Mediterranean and deep south of Europe and have never approached an apartment available for booking with cockroaches. For us this is not acceptable and I believe such issues should be resolved before accepting customers in the apartment. It was so difficult to enjoy holidays while constantly thinking about this and difficult to relax during the evening and the night due to obvious reasons. Additionally (however this may not be too major): the nearby area of this residential budling is also very strange. A lot of deserted buildings with waste put everywhere aside and also 4 star hotels very nearby. Not a nice neighborhood if you ask me but it may be irrelevant to people thus.

Summary: Nice and cozy apartment but unfortunately colonized by cockroaches, very nice and helpful owners.

Positive: The apartment is amazing, it feels like coming home. the left us water & beverages in the fridge coffee, tea, coffee machine, bags, tea pot, sugar, sugar substitute, spices and more, and more... Well equipped kitchen All the details, the small touches, very clean and tidy. Clean towels (bath, kitchen, pool). lots of windows. Lots of sockets :) the host and communication were amazing everything was answered and handled right away. the location is perfect - close to everything - by foot, car' bus... the building is nice, clean secure. the facilities and equipment in the apartment - wow, almost anything you can think of. just to understand how amazing they are - we had an issue with one of the AC's - 2H later there was a gut that replaced the entire unit for a new one... - amazing. Thank you so much for everything.

Negative: Basically - it was perfect - but just to try and improve. :) The parking place is extremely tight - but there is always place to park out side. the bad - is standard size (140/190) - for me was a bit small (but I'm a big man :)) - so I guess for most its perfect.

Summary: Homey, Clean, amazing location - Perfect - Just Perfect!
