Welcome to our stylish 1BR cottage nestled in historic Old Town Cottonwood, AZ. Tasteful decor, modern amenities, and a central location make it your perfect getaway. Within walking distance, explore local wineries, dine at nearby restaurants, or simply unwind in our cozy oasis. Plus, only a short 20 minute drive to Sedona.
Enter the property via a private entrance and dedicated parking space. The front door opens to the living area with a 55" Smart TV, couch, Marshall bluetooth speaker, and stylish seating area.
The space features 1 bedroom; with a king sized bed, high-quality bedding, dresser, and closet. The private bathroom has brand new finishes and a large walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing meals with brand new appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The dining area comfortably sits 3.
The unit is equipped with a starter supply of Nespresso pods, toiletries, cooking basics, and cleaning supplies.
The guests have access to the entire unit and private parking spot. There is an additional fenced-in backyard that is shared between all three rental units.
We are not located on the property but are available remotely as needed.

Summary: A sweet little house in a great location! Comforable and equipped with everthing we needed. We were glad to escape the crowds and traffic of Sedona. Walked to great restaurants and shops . Nice backyard setting to relax after hiking. The property manager was very responsive to our questions.

Summary: Perfect place for the two of us. Great location in a quiet, residential area within an easy walk of Old Downtown Cottonwood. Comfortable bed, nice living room space, nice bathroom and full size appliances in kitchen. Building looks a bit plain on the outside, but inside decor was just as pictured, contemporary yet cozy. We felt relaxed and at home, and truly enjoyed our stay. Good communication from time of making the reservation clear up to checking out.
