Summary: As the title notes, this place is very historic and very cozy! Located within walking distance, if desired, from Old Town centrally located to the surrounding areas of Cottonwood and Clarkdale. Lin, our host was very accommodating and even alerted us to a local event the evening of our arrival.

Summary: Everything we needed from a centrally located, cozy, quiet, easily walkable spot in the verde valley. We were able to enjoy all the surrounding area, prepare meals and happy hour on the patios, comfortable for four with all necessary amenities. One minor inconvenience was WiFi not very strong so streaming on devices was glitchy. When traveling access to tv or streaming is not a necessity but with it being available and not working well, would recommend some improvements there. Walked to surrounding areas in the park like setting, during beautiful time of year.

Summary: Everything was just as described. The owner has done a good job ensuring everything a guest may need is available. She was super easy to work with. The home was clean, well appointed, comfortable and in a really convenient location. We would stay there again!
