Summary: Our hosts were 10/10! Firstly, the pictures of the home doesn’t do justice. It is so much more gorgeous in person. Our hosts were very responsive and went out their way to help provide us a 10/10 experience. They bought us items we forgot at home and even discounted an extra day just out of generosity.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated all the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations.The host was outstanding—super responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the location couldn’t have been better. I felt safe, welcomed, and completely at ease.

Summary: Welcome to Percy’s Cottage. And welcome is just part of my experience. The ambience of modern Southern charm radiates throughout. If you were to pick up a magazine of coastal Southern homes, Percy’s Cottage would not disappoint. You feel like you just walked through the pages. The location is incredible. I loved that I was never more than 15 minutes from anything I wanted to do. This definitely will be one of my annual, if not bi-annual getaways.
