Summary: The house was a nice little place in a nice neighborhood. I recommend replacing the driveway before someone damages a vehicle or someone trips. There is a nasty hole in the driveway and lots of cracks and uneven places. The toilet wobbled. I put some cardboard under the front part to keep it from moving.
