Summary: We came into town for a 40th Birthday Party and this location was 5 blocks from the event. The home was clean, roomy and had everything we needed plus more. The owner was very responsive and communicated as needed.

Summary: My classmates and I came to Bay City for a conference and stayed at this property. There were 5 of us and we all had a place to sleep comfortably. The house was very clean and welcoming. My only downside is that there is only 1 bathroom, but an empty space where one could be. Definitely a missed opportunity and a bit of a challenge with larger groups. Would reccomend it to anyone coming to the area.
