Positive: It was wonderful, clean. Nice rooms. 2 bathrooms. Wifi. Great pool. Everything we needed was nearby such as stores, restaurants etc, highway . The communication with this home was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Positive: Initially we weren’t sure about the neighbourhood but it turned out to be a good location to local amenities and access to downtown Tampa and St Pete’s/Clearwater. The house was well equipped and comfortable and in good condition. Would recommend for any family visiting Tampa.

Negative: Could do with a couple of hooks in the bathrooms for towels.

Positive: We love the layout of the home and decor.. Love the pool and back yard and the beds were comfortable and the home was very clean.. the owner was very quick to respond to any issue we had. We would go back again.

Negative: The pool lounge chairs are all in bad shape. They collapse. They need to be fixed or replaced. The grill burners are burnt up and make wide flames burning food.. the grill grates are all rusted. The grill should be replaced.
