Summary: Getting there after dark made it a little confusing to find the front side of the house (we pulled in the back entrance), but it was pretty clean. Was a little uncomfortable that the owner was sitting in their truck before 10am seemingly waiting for us to leave. As soon as we were getting in our car, she walked up to the front door. Didn’t even wait for us to start driving away

Summary: I found food in the fridge and also dirty dishes. There was also some webs in the house which is not ok. And the toilet in the ensuite ran almost constantly while making a strange noise every 5 minutes. Needs fixed.

Summary: The location worked for what we needed. Ample space for all of us to gather. Although there are roosters nearby, we did not mind the early wake up call as we are use to the sound and wake up early ourselves anyway. We enjoyed the sunset while relaxing on the patio during our last evening there. There owner and husband came by while prepping for our departure- very kind folks. I would like to spend time here again if ever the opportunity presents itself.

Summary: Just what we were looking for in a rural property. Easy drive to Maricopa and Casa Grande. Spacious home with a great layout. Master bedroom with ensuite at one end, with two additional bedrooms and a second bath at the other. Both bathrooms have double sinks! High end appliances, including a gas stove. Well equipped kitchen with good knives. The house has veranda with seating on all sides for protection from sun and wind. There's an open gazebo for outdoor dinning with a BBQ and smoker. Friendly host provided timely responses while respecting our privacy. If you're a country person, than this VRBO is for you. For the shoppers, its an easy drive to Phoenix Premium Outlets via Maricopa Hwy and S Maricopa Rd (you don't have to use I10). Would stay here again.

Summary: The property was exceptionally neat and clean. It is as advertised "Horse Property." We do not have horses, but were looking something quiet and rural. The only things were heard were the neighbor dog barking when we arrived and a rooster crowed every morning. The house is a nicely remodeled older home. It is very comfortable, like visiting an old friend. The kitchen is very fully equipped with all new appliances. We enjoyed out stay very much and will stay there again if we are visiting in the area.

Summary: The home was well stocked with a lot that we did not have with us but needed. There were a couple small broken items but nothing major. The neighbors had a party one of the nights but they finally turned the music down after midnight. Overall me and my family enjoyed the stay there.
