Summary: I would recommend this hotel to any one going with children, pool was nice and clean with a swim up bar, Bowling, Movie Theater and Arcade on at the resort and can get to it from inside the hotel.

Summary: If you're planning on staying in pheonix or anywhere near by i suggest going out your way to stay at Harrahs AK-Chin, very comfortable, clean and safe environment. All staff was extremely helpful during my stay, from security, to the waiters, front desk etc. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Summary: Wasn't happy with the agave restaurant or the service they provided. There was cockroaches all Around the pool deck, our room and bathroom were definitely not clean to my standards

Summary: Not pleased with the $15 charge for checking in 45 minutes before 4:00 p.m. I think it’s sketchy that upon check in I must sign electronically that my room may be entered for a “room check” at any given time even if the door not disturb sign is on.
