Summary: Had a great time, home was clean and beautiful and close to everything for our trip. Hostess was nice and accommodating.

Summary: House was very close to Simmons Arena, which is the reason for the stay so that is a plus, the house was clean. The street is one way, very crowded and the shared drive is overtaken by the neighbor who pounded on the door at 6am to have us move our vehicle. The downstairs, main bathroom, lighting was very dim. Stay was fine for 1 night stay.

Summary: Cute place, but quite a few things were missing. E.g., no blinds in two of the bedrooms and a bathroom. No soap in bathrooms, no trash bags, no wash cloths. The shower handle was about to fall off. The couch in the TV room was stained and disgusting.

Summary: Great clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is in transition, but quiet. House is on a one way street that cut down traffic noise. Great porch to sit on for coffee. Well appointed kitchen. Hosts supplied enough paper products and towels/clean linens for the stay. Overall a lovely stay.

Summary: This house is super cute and has plenty of room to spread out! The neighborhood was quiet especially being pretty much down the street from the Capitol building. We would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: We came in for a church conference at First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock. The location was perfect. The neighborhood seems to be in a transition as many are updating homes but neighborhood is very quiet. Home is beautifully and tastefully decorated and I honestly could have never left! Good job property owner. We will be back!!!

Summary: House had been updated, but the attention to details very lacking. Front rug on porch rolled halfway up, broken Christmas tree still up in the living room, rug in dining room lifting up so I kept tripping, the one light on the bathroom was as dim as a nightlight, only 3 rolls of toilet paper for a party of 4 for entire weekend, back porch covered in leaves, yard not mowed, I had to reach out to host for check in information, never received wifi info, etc…. If that doesn’t bother you it would be a great crash pad.

Summary: The house was well stocked with appliances and amenities for our stay in Little Rock. It was a great home base while we explored the city and surrounding areas. I would recommend moving the tv into the larger living room as we needed more seating. Also adding some tables into the back TV room. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was quick to reply if I had a question. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends to book here.
