Welcome to BRICKS ON 15TH in Speedway, Indiana…the Racing Capital of the World! Built in 1930, this home has been completely renovated from the inside out, offering perfect accommodations to be close to the action whether it be at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS), Main Street, or downtown Indy. The home sleeps up to 8 people & fits 4 cars in the driveway. Let this be your home away from home with all the comforts and amazing racing memorabilia that cannot be found at any other.

Welcome to the best kept secret in Speedway! This 3BR private home is located next to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, yet close to the highway and everything Indianapolis has downtown and surrounding areas.

Bricks on 15th is close to great restaurants, unique shops, wines and breweries and the greatest spectacle in racing all within a 5 minute WALK. The Main Street restaurant/bar district offers a boast of options - O’Reilly’s, Tacos and Tequila, Dawson‘s on Main, Barbecue and Bourbon, A. J. Foyt’s Wine Vault, The Spark, Founders Ground, Daredevil Brewing, Big Woods, Brozzini's Pizzeria, B. Erin Designs, Three Sisters and a Trunk.
Guests can easily drive or Uber/Lyft downtown Indianapolis, located 15 minutes from the house. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a perfect place to get out and explore, especially the B&O Trail which is only a few blocks away and offers 2.5 miles of paved trails to explore around the town.
Wi-Fi is available. All appliances are brand new: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker. Interior renovation completed in February 2023. All furnishings brand new. 65” smart 4K TV in living room, 40” smart TVs in each bedroom, full digital cable.
Guest access
The home is locked at all times via smart locks. Once you book, you will receive your PIN and instructions to get in.
This space is exclusively used for guests: You will have access to the entire home, but NOT inside the garage or beyond the privacy fence in the backyard (northside of property).
Parking is available in the private driveway adjacent to the house or on the street.
**NOTE** For any race weekends, guests will only have access to park their vehicles in the driveway. Guests will not be allowed to park in the front lawn. The owners of the property will be parking cars for race weekends on the northside of the property behind the privacy fence.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. We respond to all inquiries and communication promptly during working hours: 8am - 8pm EST. Summary: Stayed here for the eclipse with the family (including 2 grandchildren)- 15 minute walk to Indianapolis Motor Speedway and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Property is immaculate- was totally rehabbed and is in perfect shape. Front porch is wonderful for hanging out and having good conversation. Hosts provide more basics than usual (paper products, coffee pods, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, basket with snacks, bottles of water) which we really appreciated. Hosts went out of their way to welcome us and make our stay memorable- they were also very prompt in responding to questions. Would highly recommend this property- we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our group was in the house for less than 24 hours but it is definitely some place we would have loved to stay longer! Neighbors were friendly when relaxing on the front porch and the house theme was awesome! Our group also enjoyed the attention to detail and the book detailing the remodel! Host was also very friendly and accomodating!

Summary: Family of Spike Kohlbecker Racing staying in Speedway for a race. Great house - love the little town of Speedway and this house made us feel like part of this awesome little community if only for a weekend. Great layout with all the needed extras - we hope to stay here again.
