Summary: Our stay at Belinda and Ed’s place surpassed our expectations. The house was immaculate upon arrival and the hosts had a welcome charcuterie board and bottle of wine on the ready! The listing is 100% accurate although it was better in person and the location was in a quiet and peaceful tree-lined neighborhood. The house was fully equipped with everything including beach supplies and all kitchen necessities. The bathrooms had shampoos and soaps. The master bedroom had the most comfy bed! When we couldn’t find the remote to the ceiling fan in the other bedroom, Belinda and Ed came right over. Most importantly for me was their 100% accommodating for my dog and even had water bowls etc for him. I highly recommend this house for your next VRBO in Venice, Fl. I can not wait to go back.

Summary: Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!!! Everything was great. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. The house is CLEAN and comfortable with all the amenities you might need including going to the beach. Hosts have thought of everything to make your visit easy & enjoyable. One of the BEST Vrbo experiences I have ever had. Thank you again Belinda and Edward for a fantastic time. Kay and I will always remember this trip fondly and your home/hospitality was a large part of that.

Summary: The home was perfect for our family of 4. The hosts could not have been more perfect and communicative. So many thoughtful touches (understatement) and the house had everything we needed so we did not need to rush out for any thing. So cozy and updated! Also loved we were the neighborhood right next to Target and Publix! So convenient. We hope to be back again soon!
