Summary: Fishing trup with friends. Great location, very convenient to have a boat dock to leave the boat on the water. Will definitely rent it again

Summary: This is simply a bedroom with two beds, a futon, a couple of chairs, and a counter with a microwave and coffee pot on it. There’s a bathroom. It’s not fancy but if you just need a place to sleep, snack and get dressed, this will work just fine.

Summary: Homey feel. Liked how absolutely quiet it was. The beds need to have a locking feature on the wheels, otherwise if you try to prop up your pillows the bed will roll away from the wall. The recliner that is in the room has a practically broken foot support. It goes up, but with any weight on it, it will go down.

Summary: We don't boat or fish but love this area of Arkansas and the river; we found that this property offered all we wanted. Newland's Resort offers a quiet area with clean well-stocked lodging and a quick walk to the river's edge and dock. The owners, Charles and Irena, as well as Robert, who was there to greet us, were friendly and informative. There are different sizes of lodges to meet any family's desire. We are already planning a return visit in the fall.
