Custom built new construction in 2017 with salt water pool and Gigabit Internet; 3 Bedroom/3 Full Bath + office new construction. Island style home in the heart of Delray Beach's Lake IDA neighborhood is minutes away from Atlantic Ave and the best Beaches in Florida. The home is 1 block from Lake IDA and located in a private neighborhood setting for peace and quiet, pool time and dinners cooked at the outdoor kitchen or the chef's kitchen inside.
The home has an expansive outdoor area with plenty of pool seating in and out of the sun under the 22x12 covered loggia. Inside you'll find 4 bedrooms (1 is an office) and 3 full baths with all high end finishes including Stainless Steel Thermador kitchen appliances, frameless glass showers, Maytag equipped laundry room, hardwood flooring throughout, granite countertops, marble bathrooms, outdoor kitchen, covered loggia, pool, and an outdoor shower. The home also has High Speed WIFI with Smart TVs throughout the home.
All linens including pool towels are provided as are laundry supplies and bath and shower supplies. Take an Uber ride to the beaches, restaurants or shopping so you never have to worry about driving and parking.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean and exactly as described on VRBO. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook meals at home. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Jim was a wonderful host, super quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to be accommodating! The pool was a huge highlight for the kids. Outdoor shower and grill were also very convenient! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property to anybody looking to be close to the beach and Atlantic Ave. Perfect house for a family of 5!

Summary: The home is beautiful and spacious for a family of 5 with 3 young adult children. It has a highly organized kitchen with all the accessories needed to cook gourmet meals. There is also a large BBQ on the patio for grilling. The hot tub and pool were the best! When we arrived, the home was very clean and appeared as shown in the pictures. Jim is an excellent host and communicator. He went above and beyond to help us out when there were extenuating circumstances. The neighborhood is very safe and fairly close to Atlantic Ave. Although you can walk to it, having a car is much more convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful visit and we would be more than happy to stay there again.

Summary: We have rented homes multiple times and this was, by far, the best experience we have had. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. The house is beautiful and was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was minutes to downtown Delray Beach and yet was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Summary: check in process was perfect. Owner checked in on move in day to make sure everything up to snuff and did so again half way through stay. the property is top shelf with perfect lay out for easy living. Summary: The house was so perfect for us. We loved the neighborhood and it was a half hour walk to town which we did everyday. The pool and hot tub were great. Everything was in great shape and it felt very cozy. We would definitely stay here again.
