Positive: The staff was incredibly understanding as our flight caused us to be delayed one day, and we weren't charged for the night. They took care of all of our needs with friendliness and efficiency. We have family in Shenyang and will stay here every time.

Positive: My stay at Khos was splendid! The staff, the facilities and the ambiance was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. I really loved this hotel and will definitely revisit.

Positive: A very clean, modern hotel. It’s quite new and the facilities were very nice. That being said, several restaurants and the bar were closed on Monday night - that information wasn’t posted anywhere. I had to call and ask. This was frustrating as I was looking forward to having drinks at the bar.

Negative: The bed was a bit hard for my taste.
