Summary: Everything was great food, service, and location except the room air conditioning. I even had the upgraded. I was able to switched rooms then second wasn’t like the first but still not cold like other places I stayed. Unfortunately won’t be back here

Summary: I arrived at 2:45 after being stuck at airport unable to get a taxi uber or any kind of safe ride. The hotel could care less. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t look at their text messages ..am no one answered the phone my room was nest to the service elevator heard noises all night long. For this inconvenience they gave me 1/2 bottle of cheap wine from chille Not the same experience. How ever the manger. Abby was very nice and understanding but gave up nothing do to upper management my maid was wonderful and well tipped

Summary: I had a very good time and everyone was very nice. The room was spotless the managementβ€˜s a little slow but they do come around. I’d recommend it for anybody. The pool was warm. The bed was very very hard all in all I give it 9.2.

Summary: We, more often than not, choose to stay at New World when we are staying in Manila/Makati. Typically this would just be for a single night prior to our flight abroad. And we usually book a club room. The staff at the club room check in desk and those serving in the club lounge were once again top notch. We will be back.
