Summary: Location, location, location!!. My stay at the property was just amazing. The house is absolutely BRAND NEW. If you want new and modern things, this is a place to stay. My entire family enjoyed the neighborhood and the house. The owner was always attentive to see if we needed anything. Check-in/check-out process was super smooth. We rented a 1-day boat to enjoy Lake Norman. We also visited other places around. I loved it so much that I wanted to buy a property around to eventually retire. Weather was beautiful. I will wholeheartedly return to the property.

Summary: This house is a dream come true! It's brand new and has absolutely everything you'll need to have a beautiful and comfortable stay. Every detail has been thought of, from all the kitchen utensils to the new towels, hotel-feel-like bedding, outdoor grill, outdoor fire pit, kayaks, you name it they have it!. The communication with Jitka was fantastic, always responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We walked around the residence every morning and saw two deer, birds, and a bunny!. Can't wait to go back! I wish all the rental houses out there were as service oriented and impeccable as this one.
