3 Bedroom Villa in Chiavari

"LA PIETRA DEI CANTI ROSSI" is immersed in a luxuriant olive grove on the coast between Chiavari and Zoagli, just over 2 km from the beach, with a wonderful view of the sea and the Portofino promontory.
The villa has just been built and completed in 2019 with particular attention to details and Italian style, to offer our guests a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Particularly recommended for families, it offers maximum tranquility and privacy: an ideal place for those who want to relax on the hills without giving up the sea.
The house is about 150 square meters, plus a large terrace with pergola overlooking the sea, equipped with a table for dining, chairs and sun loungers. In addition there is a large garden with lawn and another terrace with chairs, table and umbrella, ideal for enjoying the first good coffee of the day, in complete privacy, in front of the sea and Portofino.
The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Three rooms, two of which are double rooms that overlook the terrace and one with two single beds, all with sea views. A cot / crib, a changing table and a high chair are available. Sheets, duvets and pillows are included.
Two bathrooms with shower, complete with towels.
Large living room with sofas, conversation and music area with vertical piano, TV with satellite dish and Netflix, dining area. Fully equipped kitchen, Living room and kitchen directly overlook the terrace with a pergola facing the sea.
Our customers are allowed to park in a large private and guarded car park which leads to the house via a staircase.
You arrive at the beach in less than five minutes by car and you can reach PORTOFINO via Rapallo and S. Margherita, as well as Camogli, the Aquarium of Genoa, Sestri Levante and the CINQUE TERRE, by car, train or boat.

Summary: Arleen's place is beautiful, clean and modern and is situated in an amazing location. You wake up to the sunrise over the bay of Portofino, it's extremely quiet and peaceful but only minutes away from all the amenities in the beautiful towns of Chiavari and Zoagli. Arleen is a fantastic host and we had an absolutely lovely week with our two-year old boy and friends who were visiting. The pictures don't do it justice.

Summary: The houstess Arleen was so nice, she prepared all of the things very carefully. The house is furnitured with design pieces , every detail with love, very clean. I did Yoga and meditation in the big terrace with nice see viewing , totally relax , very nice holiday, come back again.

Summary: We really loved our stay in this fantastic house. The house has a lot of space for the whole family with a very long terrace to the south where we enjoyed incredible sunsets. Everything is clean in the newly built house and we particularly loved the two very large bathrooms. Parking is just below the house and no problem. Arleen, the owner, and her family are living next door on the hill and she gave us so much useful information on where to go and what to visit. She and her family are so friendly, talking to them was a real pleasure. The region around Chiavari is very beautiful with lovely villages, nice beaches and very good restaurants. Since we stayed in October, there were only a few fellow tourists. We totally enjoyed our stay and we are planning to come back in spring if Corona allows us to travel.
