Beautiful custom decorated Villa which sleeps 7 in beds. You will enjoy three bedrooms, two with king-sized beds where you will sleep on the best mattresses money can buy and a third bedroom with a bunk bed (single over a double). Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with walk-in showers.The living room is very light from a wall of windows which allows a view of the pool area. The unit has a beautiful kitchen with every possible thing to enjoy cooking. There is a smart Roku TV in every room and Internet is provided. Bloomington Country Club maintains a beautiful golf course, huge pool area, tennis courts, pickle ball, and Club House. Guests at our Villa can use these amenities, all free except for a reduced rate for golf. The patio has a barbecue grill for outdoor fun. Onsite Club House offers a full-menu for your dining enjoyment. The spacious pool area is heated and open all year with a snack bar which is open during summer months. The 18-hole golf course offers PGA golf lessons, computerized tee time scheduling, club and pull cart storage, immaculate 7,000 yards of fairways and greens. Summary: We were in St George for a high school sports competition. The country club is in the perfect location. The condo was immaculately clean, well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, lovely condo complex. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We didn't use the country club facilities, but the pool and golf course look great. Unlike other units the garage is not included in the rental. There is plenty of other parking, but if you're like us and bringing bikes you'll need some other way of storing them securely. Highly recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this villa. We had an issue with check in, but was resolved in a timely fashion. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking.

Summary: For the same cost as a hotel room per night we stayed in this condo and I couldn’t be happier we did. When you walk in you are greeted with beautiful wood floors, 10’ ceilings, an open living room with a large TV that opens to a large beautiful kitchen. There is a bathroom for each bedroom, and all spaces are decorated nicely. This condo faces the pool that you have access to which is large and well maintained, we had it nearly to ourselves each day. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV and dresser, and a large private bathroom. The second has a large King be with a private bathroom, and the third room has bunk beds with a semi-private bathroom (also accessible from the hallway for general use). Finally, off the kitchen is a private patio with a table and chairs, new grill, and partial covering that offers great shade. The entire place was well-stocked, including the kitchen and bathrooms. Treva (the owner) was quick to respond and was incredibly accommodating, although we did not need much because this place had it all! If you’re looking, you should be booking this place.
